New levels, new responsibilities......new Bell
Well after the events of Xenos and the meeting of Labrys, Bell and his familia have cleared their names and also grew as a family. But with new levels comes a new responsibility, a multi familia expedition to the lower dungeons as well as a request from Fels "Go to the final level and face your destiny, Bell". While they are excited to enter new territory, they take it seriously gathering supplies, intel, and allies to go with them. But little do they know that there is a terror lurking on the 25th floor, one that has taken the lives of many experienced adventurers and has learned to adapt to the situation. What will happen when this fledgling alliance meets with the unexpected and can they survive the coming onslaught of the hunter? We see Bell as his growth expands once again and he begins to come into his own, not just as a fighter but as a person as well. While he still has his moments, he shows why he is still an enjoyable character. And the rest of the group also have grown showing how they have gone from a low level family to one that has earned its place. I love the series and cant wait for the next one.
Character Growth
I enjoyed this book in the series primarily because Bell is maturing. Not just his power level and strength as an adventurer, though that's there too, but as a young man growing up and learning of the world. The MC who can't handle women when he's surrounded by a harem gets old after awhile. Not saying he dives in here, but he's not flustered as much as he used to be. He's more serious now but still has his nice guy charm and i hope it continues this way, maybe even becoming more adult like in the content 😉
Great start for a new arc.
A great start for this new arc, simple story but action pack from the beginning to the end. Once again the author writes a story taking care of the characters and making them grow in this book. Each character is unique and well describe, this is one of the strongest points in this serie and one that makes it unique. No doubt I’ll be reading the next book as soon as I can.

Is good, great form of maintaining the story, and providing an interesting, this volume is one of my favorites of my collection!

This was the best volume so far. We finally get back to adventuring in the dungeon and there are many unexpected surprises. We get to see character growth from Mikoto and Lilli. One aspect that I enjoyed was seeing the negative effect of Bell's rapid growth on the rest of his familia. This is a must read!
Just amazing...
Nothing but unadulterated dungeon exploring, going back to the root of this series. Seeing Bell's growth along side his familia just gave me a feeling of how far into the story we've gone into. I can confidently say that this is my favorite book series, I can't wait for the next volume!
These get better as they go.
I watched the Anime when it came out on Crunchyroll here in the U.S. and enjoyed it so much, I watched it 3 times more after it's initial release. Now I'm reading the Light novels to keep up on Bell and his friend's adventure's and can't wait to see what happens next.
A nice start for the new arc.
The MC still has a long way to go but his current development is not so bad. All of his familia is growing with him and some of their bad childish traits were being shed. All in all the volume contained a long awaited character development for 3 familia alliance.

amazing as usual!! can't stop reading it until finish!! but still as all the books Bell has almost no dialogue.. a lot of whats going through his head but when he speaks... very few words jajaja
Slow start but amazing pay off at the end!
The book has a rough start and gets insanely boring at times but after the halfway point the story really picks up and becomes the danmachi I've come to love.
